These seizures may originate in a specific brain area (focal onset) or spread across multiple regions (generalized). Stream Neuroscience is advancing molecular-level therapies designed to correct the underlying signalling imbalances in epilepsy while also addressing associated cognitive and anxiety-related comorbidities.

Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathies

Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathies (DEEs) are debilitating neurodevelopmental disorders marked by early-onset, treatment-resistant seizures and significant developmental impairments, often driven by genetic mutations that impair brain function.
